Abbi Jaffe, BSW, RSME/T (she/they)

Abbi / AJ is an embodiment/somatics educator, facilitator, bodyworker and a Real Dialogue Specialist.  Abbi has a bachelor's degree in Social Work and is a certified Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist (RSME/T) with ISMETA.  Abbi has been leading folks on expeditions in the wilderness and within themselves since 1998. All of Abbi's offerings are trauma informed.

​Positionality: Abbi is white, Jewish, AFAB (assigned female at birth), queer, “land owning,” able bodied, and has a bachelors degree.  Her grandparents's parents came to the United States from the Pale of Settlement (Russia/Ukraine/Poland), Ireland and Greece.  Abbi grew up in the South (Norfolk, Virginia) and moved to the unceeded lands of the Abenaki (Vermont) in 1999.  

Abbi lives with her partner Tyler and 5.5 year old twin step-kiddos.  ​
